These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and rr3 ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all access to and use of the rr3 website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, and any associated features. You must notify rr3 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. rr3 will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to reported unauthorised access, but shall not be liable for any losses, deposits, or wagers made during the period of unauthorised access prior to notification being received by rr3.
rr3 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your rr3 Account or any balance held therein. Any transfer or attempted transfer of an Account to another individual constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of all balances.

The rr3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. rr3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr3's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the rr3 Platform, or any related services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player to their rr3 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall rr3 be liable to any Player for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (b) loss of business opportunity; (c) indirect or consequential losses; (d) losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or telecommunications failures; or (e) any losses arising from a Player's reliance on rr3 games or betting markets as a source of income or financial return.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, rr3 may forfeit all or any portion of the Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance at its sole discretion. Where an Account is closed through no fault of the Player, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rr3 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions — or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed institution.
